当code参数有误时调用接口，返回的response的header里携带的Content-Type为 application/json;encoding=utf-8;charset=UTF-8

而当参数正确时，接口正常。返回结果response的header里携带的Content-Type为 text/plain;charset=UTR-8

这样会导致无法直接将结果直接进行转化。是接口设计如此，有什么考虑，还是调用接口时少了什么固定参数
