微信公众号 OAuth 授权失败

我用 微信开发者工具开发微信公众号，在【用户同意授权，获取code】这一步的时候，报错跳转地址：

https://open.weixin.qq.com/connect/oauth2/authorize?appid=wxdc1d2147f3b774d1&redirect_uri=http%253A%252F%252Frsgl.txhsoft.com%252Fwx%252FgetToken.html&response_type=code&scope=snsapi_userinfo#wechat_redirect

跳过去后，微信后台返回的是这个
