发送模板消息, Post请求，返回errcode：47001，何解？

根据文档：提供上述传入必须参数，

请求返回

{“errcode”=>47001, “errmsg”=>“data format error hint: [79nALa0172ge20]”}

试了很多次，依旧返回这个错误， 格式错误
