调用微信公众号新增永久图文素材接口，提示API已经不支持了？

返回错误：

有人遇到这种情况吗？

你好，目前永久图文素材接口已经下线了，原来的永久图文素材接口已经无法新增和修改永久图文素材了。如果你想新增图文草稿，是需要使用这个接口来进行新建草稿以及发布
