华为畅享20pro，鸿蒙系统，手机蓝牙界面能搜索到蓝牙设备。但是使用微信小程序蓝牙API搜索不到蓝牙设备。

手机的位置服务打开的，微信也允许使用位置信息。

使用：wx.startBluetoothDevicesDiscovery。
