已经在机器上安装了python3.9.6版本，将minitest安装包下载本地后，执行python3 setup.py install命令

提示如下错误：

This directory does not currently exist.  Please create it and try again, or

choose a different installation directory (using the -d or --install-dir

option).

错误提示 信息中显示 /Library/Python/3.8/site-packages/，是必须得安装python3.8版本吗
