getUserProfile 返回的 用户 头像显示不出来，是因为腾讯 换 域名了吗？http://thirdwx.qlogo.cn === > http://wx.qlogo.cn ，有没有好的解决办法？

头像地址并非永久有效，所以要做好定期更新或者让用户手动更新即可
