POST 请求，ContentType方式是什么？JSON还是octet-stream

C# 通过外网URL 获取到了 Stream ，但是POST请求会出现 Timeouts are not supported on this stream.

有没有C#的案例借我借鉴一下。卡在这里一天了。，感谢大佬们~~~
