最近正在研究微信开放平台-第三方平台-复用公众号主体快速注册小程序

我已经通过接口https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/account/fastregister?access_token=TOKEN创建了小程序，返回信息也已经有了appid,authorization_code

但是关于文档中的一句话不甚了解，那就是：使用 appid 及 authorization_code 换取 authorizer_refresh_token 后需及时保存。

请问如何使用appid以及authorization_code获取authorizer_refresh_token。

另外，因为研究时间过长，而authorization_code已然过期，请问我如何才能获取快速注册小程序新的authorization_code
