b背景： 小程序图片需要校验才能上线，wx.getFileSystemManager().readFile读取图片信息，后台校验。
w为什么读取在开发者工具 跟 微信小程序环境不一致呢，
r如下截图

两种环境下， 图片读取的url不太一样，   wx.getFileSystemManager().readFile貌似好像只能读取http://tmp/yGi0tYkuQcq8400b11db0f30e52a74b8da68f34ad42c.jpg，
不能读取 wxfile://tpm_2e23rewfwefdfvdf  这种类型图片地址

y应该是stringToBuffer
