includePoints调用后，获取地图中心经纬度，没有刷新

1、先调用includePoints

2、根据onLocation设置map的longitude、latitude

3、调用includePoints、获取getCenterLocation,发现还是自己设置的经纬度，再调用includePoint或者0.05秒后调用getCenterLocation才是新的地图中心点

加延迟可以解决这个问题。大概150毫秒即可
