客服接口-发消息

接口调用请求说明

http请求方式: POST https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/message/custom/send?access_token=ACCESS_TOKEN，

调用客服发消息接口，出现48001错误，"errcode":48001,"errmsg":"api unauthorized rid: 60794f6c-65d1c6a9-382e820a"

请问是什么原因

你好，接口/cgi-bin/user/info 是公众号的接口 https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/offiaccount/User_Management/Get_users_basic_information_UnionID.html

使用了appid : wx454687bc99243bd8(信***台)进行调用。
