获取小程序二维码时提示61003，小程序已经授权给三方平台了

你好，根据rid查询调用的是 获取刷新令牌接口/cgi-bin/component/api_authorizer_token，另外，所填写的授权方appid（authorizer_appid）wxa9c28c0bb345747a也并未授权给任何第三方平台哈~

1、查一下是否授权成功了

2、查一下权限集是否包含该项目；
