微信公众号绑定了客服，用户怎么和客服对话呢？

在公众号里直接发消息，客服收不到。

你好，绑定客服之后点击蓝色字体进入https://mpkf.weixin.qq.com/，扫码登录客服。

如果客服还是没有接收到消息。建议查看下是否有授权给第三方，需要第三方将消息转发给客服https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/offiaccount/Customer_Service/Forwarding_of_messages_to_service_center.html
