swiper 中使用 catchtouchmove，导致 scroll-view 滚动失效？

swiper 有禁止滑动的需求，所以在swiper-item 上加了  catchtouchmove，swiper 外层是scroll-view 包裹的，上下滑动swiper区域想要整屏滚动失效了。
