我今天也遇到了，同样的信息，前两次注册成功了，第三次注册失败，返回值也是open verity failed

若还有问题，麻烦提供下企业全称，法人微信，法人姓名，企业代码，第三方账号和接口发起时间

也遇到了同样问题，但和公司确认过了，法人没变，企业和法人相关信息正确。
