线上无法调通获取assess_token的接口？

你好，我在本地调微信公众号获取assess_token的接口通了，上到线上调不通服务，curl_error报52，线上域名chat.gzrc.com.cn

请求的接口是：https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/token?grant_type=client_credential&appid=***&secret=****
