微信开放平台创建小程序接收不到回调?

1. 接口地址：https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/Third-party_Platforms/Mini_Programs/Fast_Registration_Interface_document.html
2. 调用查询接口返回{“errcode”:89250,“errmsg”:“task not found hint: [leBDdNwgE-M.AiYa] rid: 5f28b898-2d260082-468ed91a”}
3. 公众号已收到注册成功的APPID : wx48c032a5d413c8a9 ，但是服务器的回调确收不到消息。

有没有遇到的，访如何处理。
