小程序如何传递参数给APP？

APP打开小程序后，我小程序接收到APP的参数了，现在返回到APP的时候，小程序如何传递参数给APP，小程序appid:'wx1ac04ed77ac0a4f7',我自己相关代码如下：

如上是我的代码，但是现在APP那边接收到的参数是toAPPFn，请问小程序传递参数给APP到底该怎么写？
