横向布局scroll-view 设置fixed 在ios下上拉会遮挡住scroll view

环境：开发者-1.02.1911180 基础库-2.6.6 手机iphone 任意手机

说明：ios下滑到底部继续上拉出现被遮挡的情况，截图如下

不要在 scroll-view 中使用position: fixed 布局，否则会引起位置position: fixed布局的失效
