cannot get current window; are you in background

执行命令：

/Applications/wechatwebdevtools.app/Contents/Resources/app.nw/bin/cli -o /Users/xxxxx/项目路径

输出：

StatusCodeError: 400 - “{\“code\”:40000,\“error\”:\“错误 cannot get current window; are you in background page/node context?\”}”

为什么会报这个问题，微信开发者工具是已打开且登录状态，而且也没有在后台运行。
