我们作为第三方平台开发小程序，用户授权发布。最近迁移了服务器，迁移之后，在调用如下接口（https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/Third-party_Platforms/api/api_authorizer_token.html）的时候，收到返回信息是
