问题描述：

模板消息请求参数中包含了url参数，期望用户点击收到的模板消息后会跳转到相应页面，但实际收到的消息无法跳转，也没有“详情”按钮。

公众号的申请主体是国内公司，请求由香港服务器发出，会被判定为海外帐号吗？
