如何解决bindtap事件与bindtouchstart和bindtouchmove事件冲突？

在一个循环体中，使用bindtouchstart和bindtouchmove做页面左右滑动事件，在页面滑动中bindtap事件需要点击两次才能触发

无法阻止冒泡，请问大佬们有没有解决思路？
