subscribeMessage.send

小程序授权给第三方,第三方调用授权小程序的subscribeMessage.send接口返回

"errcode"] => int(61007)
  ["errmsg"] => string(56) "api is unauthorized to component hint: [SHU_pA04438765!]"

但是在第三方平台选择小程序的权限时也没有发现相关的权限设置

第三方目前暂不支持，会尽快支持上
