Why I am not able to display official account ?

Below is code to show official account.

Every time it shows different scene values but it never shows official account on any event. As per document, it should show when scene value is 1089 but no luck. I’ve configured everythig on back end. Can anyone help me what I’m missing apart from this code snippet?
