邀请绑定客服帐号为什么会返回errcode":65406

添加客服和删除都正常，就是邀请绑定的时候返回{“errcode”:65406,“errmsg”:“custom service account exists hint: [QPnBAa06851503]”}

这个接口怎么会返回这个？有没有官方人员帮忙看下是什么问题

这个正确的接口流程是不是：添加客服 -> 邀请绑定

可是在未使用添加客服接口的情况下，使用邀请绑定居然可以绑定成功，不过没有提示邀请人并未收到确认信息
