fail ssl hand shake error怎么处理？

域名是：gmd.jhengo.com

目前一部oppoR9s Plus出现这个问题

证书已经检查过是支持TLC1.0 1.1 1.2

服务器也支持TLC1.0 1.1 1.2，请问还有其他解决方案么？
