微信android7.0.6版不能播放aac文件
微信小程序用backgrouaudiomanager播放aac网络流，开发工具可以正常播放，ios版微信可以正常播放，android版（7.0.6）提示文件错误（10004）。
手机是小米8，稳定版10.3.5，android9
