基础库2.6.4中，使用插件时重写App,Page 的限制被放开了吗

2.6.4 中已经看不到这两行报错了

[non-writable] modification of global variable "App" is not allowed when using plugins at app.json.
[non-writable] modification of global variable "Page" is not allowed when using plugins at app.json.

- 预期表现

App, Page 重写能否可以在有插件引入的情况下稳定使用
