wx.getBackgroundAudioManager接口音频播放错误

正常调用wx.getBackgroundAudioManager接口并且传递正确的音频地址，有时接口会返回10001，10002，10004错误，导致无法播放。请官方帮忙定位具体问题，有没有解决方法？
