scroll-view 安卓手机下滑卡顿
scroll-view 上下滑动。上滑时正常，在下滑时出现卡顿，不流畅。
经测试苹果手机无此问题，安卓系华为P9/P10 有此问题。
如果一次没有重现，多试几次。
