movable-view 能监听拖动开始和结束嘛。。

文档上只有bindchange事件，在组件上写touchstart，touchend也不好用，我只是想拖拽一下子啊。。

touchstart监听开始。。结束我是用 touchend和change不断clearTimeout setTimeout来模拟停止
