微信开放平台的接口：1 获取帐号基本信息；

get请求：https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/account/getaccountbasicinfo?access_token=TOKEN；

token都正解；

报41033错误，这个错误码翻遍微信的所有文档，一直都没有找到这个错误的解释，希望客服给我们合理的解释，微信文档真的有待改善啊！

这个错误码表示该接口只能由通过 API 创建的小程序调用。
