使用web-view组件跳转h5时，实际打开的链接异常 - WXOPEN Club

h5链接在url的hash部分带参数时，链接拼接错误

按道理实际打开的链接为

https://xxx.xxxx.com/promotion/index.html#/page02?channel=testChannel01

但是实际打开的链接为

https://xxx.xxxx.com/promotion/index.html#/page02?&cookieStr=SESSIONID%253D5c1a131cbfc066f3b6b1b856c660d902%253B%2520up%253Dbup%253B%2520uniqkey2%253DRZhczLgfkoQJoTrJS0naFp72CIKw%252BQNdjdZf9%

链接中的参数 channel=testChannel01 被截取了～
