scroll-view 嵌套 fixed定位导致遮挡

scroll-view (:parent) 嵌套一个 view (:child)

child 设置 fixed 在顶部

parent 设置 padding-top 会 把 child 遮挡

只有 iOS 才会，安卓端正常
