web-view中的H5页面中使用wx.openLocation无反应？

这是我的代码：

wx.openLocation({

       latitude: ‘{$info.place_latitude}’,

       longitude: ‘{$info.place_longitude}’,

       address:‘{$info.event_place}’,

       scale: 28

   })

在开发工具上点击无反应，，在手机上点击，效果看上去像是刷新了一遍页面。。。。

什么问题呢？？

而且文档上也写了web-view支持这个接口。。。。
