用户进入小程序客服窗口后，给用户发送客服消息报错如下：

想知道是什么原因？应该怎么避免

我也遇到了，这个是什么鬼？向用户发送的消息格式：
{“msgtype”:“text”,“text”:{“content”:“你好”},“touser”:“ogrMc0bAqYMme7Cu55ouSDXUjux8”}
文本消息而已，应该不是“custom message”

官方怎么不回复？
