How navigate to mini program's settings

how can i  navigate to mini program’s settings by code.

i find a mini program can do it,it’s name is “爱上租业主小助手”。

when you refuse the “Request for access to user information”,the program will show you the waring page,

you can navigate back, then go to the mini program’s settings page.

so anyone can give me some help? thanks.
