绑定多个客服账号下的小程序，用户如何能不能选择指定的客服人员
一个小程序公众号客服后台绑定的客服多达100个，用户需要进行客服交流，用户能不能在这100个客服人员中，自己选择其中的一个进行客服咨询？或者有什么其他的方法，让用户自己选取客服人员进行沟通？？

If I understand you correctly.User cannot choose which customer service to communicate with. But multiple of customer service person can help to communicate with a single user.
Thank you, but what I want is for a single customer to choose a customer service person. For example, a patient chooses a particular doctor.
As far as I tested, it cannot be done. Like I said. Only customer service can choose, not user.
