录音管理的onFrameRecorded事件没有callback
完全按照API文档的示例代码做了个Demo，onstart和onstop都有回调，唯独onFrameRecorded没有成功。
测试机为Iphone7（ios11.0.3 微信版本6.5.18 基础库1.6.0）
