小程序运维中心查看性能监控数据缓存接口失败的比例太高，应该是setStorage这个接口失败, 这两个缓存

wx.setStorage({ key: “accessKey”, data: accessKey })

wx.setStorage({ key: “startTime”, data: util.getNowTime() })

是微信API的问题还是其它问题？
