wx.canIUse(‘openBluetoothAdapter’)检测可以使用（android4.2.2、WeChat6.5.7.1041、WeChatLib1.1.1_2017.4.12），但是wx.openBluetoothAdapter()总是失败，errCode:10009什么鬼
