scroll-view添加scroll-with-animation
scroll-view添加scroll-with-animation属性，在高频率变化其 scroll-left值时会使scroll-left失效，一直返回顶部，去掉scroll-with-animation时使用正常，有没有大神遇到过这种情况，好纠结啊，这个bug害的我只能自己使用touchmove写滑动了······
