请求接口:https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/message/custom/send推送会员卡消息，出现【43104】

错误信息:{“errcode”:43104,“errmsg”:“this appid does not have permission hint: [nE0ega09734124]”}

你好，已经提示appid没有权限啦
